Eid Al Adha Climate Forecast within the UAE (June 15 – June 18, 2024) – UAE


As Eid Al Adha approaches, the UAE National Metrology Centre has released the weather forecast for the holiday period, spanning from Saturday, June 15 to Tuesday, June 18, 2024.

General Weather Conditions:

  • Daytime: The weather is expected to be hot in general, with dusty and partly cloudy conditions in some areas.
  • Night and Early Morning: Temperatures will range from hot to moderate.
  • Eastern Coast: Low clouds are predicted, with a chance of convective clouds forming by the afternoon. These clouds may bring rainfall, particularly in the Eastern and Southern areas, especially on Sunday and Monday.

Humidity:

  • Relative Humidity: An increase in relative humidity is anticipated during the late night and early morning hours over some coastal areas.

Winds:

  • Direction and Speed: Winds will be light to moderate, shifting from Southeasterly to Northeasterly, and becoming Northwesterly in general. They will freshen at times during the daytime and with clouds, potentially causing blowing dust.

Sea Conditions:

  • Arabian Gulf and Oman Sea: The sea is expected to be light to moderate.

Temperature Ranges:

  • Maximum Temperatures:
    • Coasts and islands: 39°C – 46°C
    • Internal areas: 44°C – 49°C
    • Mountainous areas: 28°C – 35°C

  • Minimum Temperatures:
    • Coasts and islands: 30°C – 34°C
    • Internal areas: 27°C – 33°C
    • Mountainous areas: 25°C – 31°C
