Oman’s public revenues document 3% building up in 2024

Muscat: The state’s public revenues recorded an increase of about 3 percent until the end of January 2024, recording about OMR 1.14 billion, compared to the same period in 2023.

Public spending, as of the end of last January, amounted to about OMR 929 million, an increase of 92 million, or 11 percent over actual spending for the same period in 2023. The state’s general budget achieved by the end of last January, a financial surplus amounting to about OMR 85 million.
